Vezlay Shami Kabab Recipe
- For Frying Pan
Remove the Soya Shami Kabab from packing and bring it to normal temperature. Then shallow fry/Deep fry in preheated refined oil for 2 minutes approx. or (until it becomes golden brown and crispy).
Note : Oil temperature should be 190°C/374.F or fully hot for deep fry.
- For Oven Baking
     Preheat the oven to 250.C /475.F. Remove the Soya Shami Kabab from packing and bring it to normal temperature. Arrange the Soya Shami Kabab in a single layer tray and bake for 10 minutes until it becomes until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Now it is ready to serve with mint sauce.

Vegetable Protein (Soy), Wheat Protein, Wheat Flour, Starch, Rice, Gram Dal, Salt, Soyabean Oil, Coriander Leaf, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Spices & Condiments.
