Cooking Instructions :
- For in Frying Pan
Remove Soya Seekh Kabab From the packet and bring it to normal temperature. Fry in little oil or deep fry on medium heat for 2 minutes at 175.c/374.f (approx). Now it is ready to sarve with mint sauce.
- For under Grill
Preheat oven to 180.c/360.f / gas mark 6. Remove Soya Seekh Kabab from the packet and bring it to normal temperature. Place the Soya Seekh Kabab on hot grill for 16-18 minutes and turn once to bake both side (until it becomes golden brown).
