Recipe of Vezlay Soya Leg Piece
Cook in oven
The oven should be preheated to 180°C/360°F/Gas . After removing the soy Leg Piece from its packaging, thaw it. Then place it on the oven tray. 15-18 minutes should be enough time to bake the tray in the oven.
Cook In Frying Pan
Thaw the Vezlay Soya Leg Piece after removing it from the packaging. It can be deep-fried on medium heat for 2-3 minutes (until golden brown). Cook the Soya Leg in your favourite gravy/sauce and serve. Served with chapati or rice, the vegetarian leg piece is now ready to eat.
