Remove the Soya Shami Kabab from packing and bring it to normal temperature. Then shallow fry/Deep fry in preheated refined oil for 2 minutes approx. or (until it becomes golden brown and crispy).
Note : Oil temperature should be 190°C/374.F or fully hot for deep fry.
Preheat the oven to 250.C /475.F. Remove the Soya Shami Kabab from packing and bring it to normal temperature. Arrange the Soya Shami Kabab in a single layer tray and bake for 10 minutes until it becomes until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Now it is ready to serve with mint sauce.
