Refund & Returns
At Catchy Court, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of frozen, perishable, and food products, we follow a strict yet fair return policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product expired at the time of delivery
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear images or videos of the product must be shared
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of customer
- Taste preference or change of mind
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
