Cooking Instruction of Vezlay Soya Chaap
1. Pre heat a non-stick pan or grill with one tsp. oil.
If Roast:
After thaw, marinade it with spices & ginger garlic paste for 4 hours and keep it in cold place & then roast.
If Curry:
After thaw, cut it in small pieces & fry it for 1-2 minutes on medium flame & then cook it in any type of curry.
If Fried Snacks:
After thaw, cut it in pieces and coat it with gram flour batter (pakoda batter), spices & then fry it.
